MOQ varies by product category and production method. For standard items such as keychains, pens and notebooks, MOQ typically starts from 500 units. For custom-moulded products such as plush dolls or vinyl figures, MOQ is generally 1,000+ units. We'll always discuss this clearly before you commit.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage sampling before mass production. Sample costs and timelines vary by product, but we'll always be transparent about these upfront. Sample fees are often refundable upon full order placement.

Lead times vary by product complexity. Standard items (pens, tote bags, keychains) typically take 3–5 weeks from artwork approval. Custom-moulded or R&D products may take 8–14 weeks. We always confirm lead times before production begins and build in buffer where possible.

Our R&D team begins with a briefing session to understand your objectives, audience and brand. We then produce concept sketches and, once a direction is approved, develop physical prototypes. Timelines for R&D projects typically range from 4–12 weeks depending on complexity.

In some cases, yes — depending on factory capacity and product type. Rush production may carry a premium. Please flag your deadline clearly at the enquiry stage and we will advise on feasibility.

We carry out quality inspections at multiple stages — pre-production, in-line and pre-shipment. For larger orders, we can arrange independent third-party QC inspections. We provide detailed QC reports and resolve any defects before goods are shipped.

Yes. We can provide EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM (US toy safety) and other relevant certifications upon request. Please specify any compliance requirements at the enquiry stage.

We take full responsibility for defects attributable to manufacturing errors. We will arrange re-production, replacement, or a credit note depending on the situation and your timeline. Our QC process is designed to catch issues before shipment.

Yes. While our primary market is Hong Kong, we regularly ship to clients across Asia, Europe and beyond. We handle all shipping arrangements, customs documentation and insurance.

We offer sea freight (most cost-effective for large volumes), air freight (faster for urgent shipments) and courier services (for samples and small quantities). We advise on the most appropriate method for your timeline and budget.
